When can I expect my refund?Updated a year ago

Once we receive your return in our warehouse we will process your refund or exchange within 10 days. Please allow the refund between 3-5 days to show in your account once it has been processed.

We'll send you an email once your refund has been fully processed. If you haven’t heard from us in over 2 weeks after your return was delivered, please reach out to us, and we will help to resolve the process as quickly as possible.
